Apex to 22.2 - Dynamic Action min and max value for Date Picker

Min and max date setting through dynamic action in the latest released Apex version (22.2)
I tested at apex.oracle.com without success. The code is below.
$("P2_RETURN_DATE").datepicker("option", "minDate", apex.item('P2_DATE').getValue());
$(".ui-datepicker-trigger").addClass("a-Button a-Button--calendar a-Button-calendar");
The above code is stopped working from Apex 21.x
How I can achieve the same in latest Apex 22.2.
