APEX team development, bug in manage milestone page

Hi all,

We're using APEX, version 24.2.7, and are using the Team Development app. We're encountering a bug in page 205 of the Team Development app (4600). This page is the ‘Manage Milestone’ page, and contains a list of associated issues. In that list, also deleted issues are visible (issues in wwv_flow_issues with field DELETED=Y).

What's the best way to file this as a bug?
