APEX- Tabular Form with horizontal Scroll bar

Hi All,

I am using Oracle APEX 4.2.

I have designed a tabular form with freezed column using a plugin.

On seeing the layout, I found there are two horizontal scroll bars.

One for Region(scrollable) and the other for the page.

I want to make the page with fixed width i.e., it shouldn't show any scroll bar and its width should be 100%.

On the other hand for the region (which I have created), must have a horizontal scroll bar it the column overflows.

I need your assistance in doing this.
