We have a new APEX instances in an ATP Database that is an upgrade from a plain APEX Service instance.
All works OK, EXCEPT we cannot access any Static Application File or Static Workspace Files. We can see the /r/... links and they look to be the correct URLs, but on all objects in Static Application Files or Static Workspace Files, whether accessing via #APP_FILES# or #APP_IMAGES#, we get 404 Not Found.
In an on-premise instance we know the usual fix is to reinstall ORDS - fix the ORDS install.
But what to do here, where we are in Oracle Cloud in an Oracle Autonomous Database, access the APEX instance there?
I think something got lost in that upgrade from APEX Service to full ATP Database ... just not sure how to fix it.
Any recommendations are welcome
