Apex server IP/hostname change

Hello,

I have a Windows installation of Oracle XE 10g with Application Express 3.2.1 I believe. The IP and hostname configuration of the system have changed, where can I find the appropriate configuration files for Application Express to start again?

I've looked arouund, but the documentation mentions a chgiphost.bat utility, but that is unavailable in my ORACLE_HOME. Thanks for input.
