APEX_SEND, PAAS and limit sending emails

Hi everyone,

I am planning to use APEX_MAIL.SEND_MAIL to send out 15 000 - 20 000 mails with the PAAS.

According to this document http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/dbcs_common/CSDBU/develop013.htm#CSDBU250 we can only send 5000 mails per day...

Is it possible to increase this limit to 15 000 or 20 000 ? I saw here that could send 10 000 mails (https://community.oracle.com/message/2684697#2684697) so I'm pretty confused, someone could help me on this please ??
