Apex Report URL link comma, and apostrophe '

Hi,

Using Application Express 4.2.2.00.11.

My question is how to pass a value in URL (report to form region page) if item values are following.

e.g. P2_item_name : report item value is : ABC, XYZ so comma is between the name.

another P2_item_name : report item values is: ABC, O'XYZ so Opostrophe within the name.

please help!
