APEX Report Filter Multi-select

I am running Oracle 12 and APEX 20.1

I have searched for a solution to my question but have been unsuccessful. It could be I'm just not using the right words for the search.

I am working on a report that includes columns in the table that have allowed a multi-select from a list of values. I would like to be able to filter the report based on that same multi-select criteria.

for example.

If I have a column with a multi select of A, B, C and I have a row that has A, C entered into that column I'd like to be able to filter the column by all rows with A, C and A & Can the column.
