apex.region.refresh on IG doesn't reset focus to first row?

Hi,

Apex is 24.4.5, I thought this JS code resets focus on the very first row but it doesn't, IG attribute “select first row” is checked, any suggestions ? thank you

apex.region("CART_IG_ID").refresh(); // data refreshed but also want first row selected
