Apex problem with Internet Explorer 8

hi all

I using apex 4.0.2 with Internet Explorer 8

When working in a building environment of apex Suddenly disconnect
or
when create two session fierst by Apex admin and the second by a Workspace Admin
at this time fiers session Automatically Disconnected.

This problem exists in Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox etc..

How can i Fixed this problem?
