apex performance issues

Hi All

Am new to Apex environment

My Environment:

Database: 12c [AWS RDS] and Apex5.1

Application: ORDS TOMCAT installed on EC2 machine

Now i have received the emails stating all the pages are slow

Please sugggest what could be the cause and which logs shall i check to troubleshoot
