APEX... Parent and Child Tabs

Hi,

within my application, I have 3 parent tabs with 2 child tabs for 1 parent... something like this

-Home Page
-Customer Page
- Order View
- Billing View
-Product Page

my tabs are working fine @ higher level...

problem is that when I dril down further within Order View or Billing View all my parent tabs disapears and I see only Child tabs (Order view/Billing View)... I want to show both parent and Child, even when I am using linked reports...

Please advice...
