I created custom layouts (XSL FO) which I use with Apache FOP server.
I can export to PDF but I can't find any solution to print the report directly on paper.
My customer needs that some reports are printed directly, and more than that, to be able to select the printer on which the reports are printing (without opening the print dialog ofcourse).
I found a workaround, but I'm not really a big fan of this kind of solutions, and I would like to find an elegant solution.
The workaround would be to create a batch job with checks for new files and then sends them to a printer.
I can print to a specific printer by creating the files with custom names that contain the ID of the printer.
Any advices?
