Working in an Oracle APEX page with multiple Page Items placed inside the same region along with a Go button.

Identification Type for the page items is set to Select One.

Item Template initially set to Optional – Above — fields appear left aligned and layout looks consistent.

When Item Template is changed to Optional (inline), the fields shift slightly toward the center of the page.

The Go button remains left aligned and does not move with the fields.

This creates alignment inconsistency between the fields and the button.

No custom CSS, column span changes, or manual layout overrides were applied.

Only the template change (Optional – Above → Optional) triggers the shift.

Expected behavior is that template change should affect only label placement, not horizontal field alignment.
