Apex.oracle.com - RESTFUL service has not been available since Nov 30th ( 404 and 500 errors)

Hello,

glad to see APEX is been developed. Huge difference in the span of 4 years. Congratulations.

My question is about the availability of RESTfull services on apex.oracle.com .

Is the restful service available on apex.oracle.com ? How can I enable the rest API calls to my free-tier workspace?

Because even after i enabled the restful service in the apex, im getting 500:

"An unexpected error with the following message occurred: InternalServerException [statusCode=500, reasons=[]] "

while trying to https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/az_ws_sms/hr/employees/

It seems that the only way to get http access to the objects is by manually rest-enabling them (https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/az_ws_sms/emp/
