apex.oracle.com not allowing to request workspace

I am trying to request a workspace to test some of the new features in APEX 23.1 but when I try to request it form page https://apex.oracle.com/es/learn/getting-started/ :

I am being redirected to this page:

https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=4800:1::::::

That gets the following error:

ERR-7620 Could not determine workspace for application (4800).

Any hints on this?
