(apex.oracle.com) JSON Sources wizard not picking up local table defined with constraint 'IS JSON'

Consequently USER_JSON_COLUMNS returns the two columns I am trying BUT every interface hangs when I try to query ALL_JSON_COLUMNS in apex.oracle.com (SQL Commands, New Apex Classic Report page ‘select * from all_json_columns’, etc) … none of them return when I try ALL_JSON_COLUMNS and I wonder if that is why the wizard never shows ANY tables available.
