apex.oracle.com downtime

Oracle.com guys and gals:

Would it be possible to put on the APEX homepage when apex.oracle.com is down for maintainence, and how long you think it will be like that?

I know it's a free service and I shouldn't expect 24/7/365 uptime, but I think it would be handy.
