We have a small Apex 5.X application. After server reboot, Apex is not working. The web page is not reachable.
I have checked around and found that we are using embedded pl/sql gateway.
i checked the http port and got 8080. i also checked local_listener and dispatchers parameters.
All set correctly I think.
Any idea what else to check or try?
