Apex Mobile Application remove Logout and House button

Hello togehter,

I'm a little bit frustrated. I'm using Apex 4.2.1 with an Oracle DB 11.2.

I've created a mobile applicaiton and, as far I can see, everything works fine.

But on each page at this application is on the right top corner the "Logout" button and on the left side the "House" button. But I only want these kind of buttons only on the the first page.
How can I remove the button on all other pages?
I allready looked in the page theme but I didn't found something.

Can anyone help?
