APEX Map Region - Numeric Issue on Latitude/Longitude

Hi,
I have an issue with map region. I have a table with different locations and two columns for longitude / latitude in format "NUMBER".
The map region works fine when browser language is set to "German". If I switch the browser language to englisch i got following error.
Using APEX 21.1 with database version 19.13
Any ideas what's wrong?
