APEX_MAIL - templates for HTML emails?

I'm using APEX_MAIL to create and send HTML emails. I have enough experience with HTML I can manually build tables etc as needed but am wondering if there are templates that can help with this. I didn't see anything in Packaged Applications for email. I'd like the emails to emulate the APEX 5.x look and feel.

Do I just need to copy the css/styling from the application pages? Other suggestions?
