APEX_MAIL max emails per workspace

Hello,

Does anyone know what is the maximum number of emails that APEX_MAIL can send? This is for the internal instance (apex.oraclecorp.com)

I've been looking for it in the documentation but I cannot find what is the default value, we have a request to send 17K+ emails. Is that possible using APEX_MAIL?
