i've got a few questions about the license of APEX / Oracle XE.
I have a small Gaming Community and would like to use APEX for management tools. We are getting money from it, however, no money goes directly to us. We spent all money for new addons and so on. Am i allowed to use Oracle XE / APEX for this purpose for free?
And can I install it on our own linux server?
I heard that if you press the wrong button, you will be charged with a license which costs a lot of money. Is there a way to prevent that i accidently need to pay alot of money?
