apex layout problem internet explorer 8

The login page in apex 4.2 is not correctly shown.

The problem occur also on apex.oracle.com 'http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=28455:LOGIN_DESKTOP:15106050040120'

No problems in firefox

I use IE8
