Apex installation - Timezone Error.

Hello,

When Configuring Apex Listener 1.1 with Glassfish 3.1 for Oracle Database 11g R2 on Linux I got this:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01882: timezone region not found

How can be fixed?
