APEX installation on Oracle 10G database

Hi. One of my struggles in getting APEX installed in my workplace is that we are running Oracle Database 10g, not 11g. So APEX is not already installed on our Test server. I also do not have the technical knowledge to install APEX myself so I need to ask for a resource to get the installation done. We do however have a very experienced Oracle DBA. If I was to estimate how long the typical installation and post installation setup would take our DBA (who has no prior APEX experience, but installs Oracle DBs with ease), what would be a safe number to quote?
