Hello, guys. I'm trying to test a packaged application Sample REST Services, but it doesn't work. It says "The APEX Engine User (e.g. APEX_180100) is not allowed to perform outbound HTTP requests.".

I googled for it, but still can't solve this.

I'm running APEX 18.1 on 12c (12.1.0.2.0), OEL 7.2
