APEX - How to get attachment url ?

Hi.

I've made a PL/SQL Dynamic Region where I need to show a DOWNLOAD link to a BLOB field. ( like it works in Reports regions ) .
Since now I've only needed text fields, so I used htp.p(table.field) , but now I'm a bit lost.

Can anyone help me ?
