I want to be able to add the same security rule as on a responsibility where the APEX report was created on a responsibility. I an new to APEX.
Example: My manager has GL Inquiry on dept 1, 2 and 5
I created an apex report to get Payables Invoice details by Invoice date and department. I assigned the report as an menu item on the GL Inquiry responsibility. The responsibility has a Key flexfield security rule that has limited access to GL department 1,2, and 5. When I run the report if I put a range from dept 1-5 it should automatically exclude dept's 3 and 4 and only return 1,2 and 5.
How do I accomplish this???
