Apex_GROUPS

Hi

I need help please

Case Description:

I developed an application using APEX and every thing was working fine.
I export the apex interface and the database to install it in another computer.
Imprting apex interface and the database done successfully

The problem is :

when i run the application i got a message from apex (ERROR:ORA-06550: line1, column 114: PL?SQL:ORA-04063: view " CMS.APEX_groups" has error ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL:SQL statment ignored performing List of values query:...........from apex_groups )

failed to pares SQL query :
ORA- 04063 "CMS.APEX_GROUPS" has errors

In addition all the APEX_GROUPS functions related to the developed application did not work

My appreciate to every one who tried to reasd my post and solve the problem
