APEX Gantt chart - minor axis issue

We use the Gantt charts as part of the APEX 18.1 release.

Sometimes when rendering the minor axis, the "ticks" are not fully visible, and the user has to zoom to see the ex, the full HH:MI. Please see the example below:

Is there any way we can style this or use a JET attribute to make the minor axis tick text show in full (ex. 10:30, 10:31...) ?
