APEX Form "correct errors before saving" in Internet Explorer

Mint-InnitAug 15 2019 — edited Nov 4 2019

Hi all, I wanted to reply to this thread but it's archived...

Oracle APEX - Correct errors before saving in IE but not in Chrome

So I tried to contact the OP directly to see if they'd solved the issue, but there doesn't seem to be any way to send a message.

Hence a new thread is the only option. Is anyone aware of what would cause the above message when running an APEX form in IE? To be clear there are NO validation errors shown - just this dialog. All form fields have data.

It seems to be data/table related as I have plenty of forms that work fine (old and new style) but cannot get this one working at all. It is fine in Firefox but IE just throws the error dialog, and none of the apex or browser logging / debugging features have given any clues as to why.

Are there any known issues in APEX 19.1 with IE and forms? Yes I know I should use another browser but we still have plenty of IE (latest version) users.

Or any suggestions as to how to debug it to find out why it's misbehaving?

Cheers.
