Apex Flash Chart- how to enable the show value check box or xml

hi,
please do help me to overcome a problem which i am facing in stacked 2d column chart(flash) using apex . The problem is that, by default the show value option check box is disabled for this . how can i enable the same or the xml for activating this in Custom Xml; also the xml code for grid. When i am changing to Custom xml the grid is disappearing.
