APEX File Browser does not save the file

Hi,

I am using APEX 18.2 on Oracle DB 11g.

APEX application is configured to use HTTP Header Variables as Authentication scheme.

I am unable to upload / save any file in BLOB columns. The table record gets stored without file.

If I switch the authentication to apex accounts, it works, but with http header variables it is not working. Even cannot upload the file to APEX_APPLICATION_TEMP_FILES.

Anyone else has faced any such scenario. Kindly suggest.
