APEX error, where are cookies created

Expecting p_company or wwv_flow_company cookie to contain security group id of application owner

[BIG X IN A BOX] ERROR ERR-7621 could not determine workspace for application (:) on application accept OK

Hi
I am getting the error above in an apex application i have inherited.

I cant find any reference to a wwv_flow_company cookie or a p_company variable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
