APEX_ERROR api warning and process execution

Hi All,

Using APEX 5.1.3 with universal theme. In a process, I need to warn the application user say 'Credit rating is low' and the application user can still proceed to complete the process if he chooses to.

I throw this warning to the application user using the APEX_ERROR api in the process. However the program just exits and not able to proceed after that.

To meet this requirement is there anything the APEX framework offers. What options do I have.
