APEX download csv file

Hi All,

I wanted to download csv format file from by making REST call from the below URL

{oracle EDMCS}.oraclecloud.com:443/epm/rest/v1/files/temp/b11b4c01-cf29-44bc-a939-9eba8231c31b?fileName=Entity2.csv

Can you please let me know how to proceed with this. Any help would be really appreciated,
