Apex doesn't see my procedure

I created a couple of procedures and they run fine in SQL Plus connection to Oracle XE database.
I tried creating a new page > Form > Form on a procedure
I choose the owner and if I enter a procedure name it gives an error:
Procedure specified not found, please pick a valid store procedure name.
If I hit arrow button, a seach window pops up, but shows or finds nothing.

Someone in an earlier post said not to put a space after the name, but that is not my situation.

I am using APPEX 4.01

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
