Apex datepicker disable dates

Hello,

We are using Apex 24.1 and would like to be able to disable certain dates from the Apex datepicker. Has anyone been able to do this?

I know the jQuery datepicker had that possibility using the “beforeShowDay” option, but I can't find anything to do this with the Apex datepicker.
