Does APEX_DATA_PARSER support fixed-width flat files? Or can we specify a multi-character, even varying-length multi-character delimiter?
There are two not-well-standardized file formats that are pretty widely used in some industries that deal with geological data that I'd like to use APEX_DATA_PARSER on:
First, a fixed-width, or perhaps variable-multi-whitespace-delimited, and it includes an arbitrary length and unmarked header:

Second, and even more challenging, which has sort of indentation-based structure to indicate a limited hierarchy or repeating value.:

Even if just fixed-width (including detection of widths), that would be enormously useful. Detecting and chopping off arbitrary headers could still be a manual process.
