currently working off Application Express 19.1.0.00.15.
I am currently in developing a process to upload XLSX worksheets into the database.
Here are the different steps I am trying to accomplish;
1-Select the file from file browser;
2-Parse the XLSX worksheets from the loaded file; (this requires submit)
3-Select the correct worksheet from (2) from Radio group;
4-Load the selected worksheet to temp file (page process requires submit);
When I get to step #4 the data is not loaded, it appears the file name is no longer available.
When I skip step #2, and harcode the worksheet name "sheet1.xml" or "sheet2.xml" or "sheet3.xml " I am able to load the data in my temp table.
Not sure but the filename (because of browser security) cannot be saved. When I try to save or display the filename, I get "C:\fakepath\" and I cannot use it;
How can I go about letting the user pick the right XLSX worksheet and proceed to uploading to the temp table? What are the correct steps for accomplishing this?
