Hi all, I am currently working with APEX Application Express 19.1.0.00.15 and trying to go through this example I found from Carsten Czarski.
Super-Easy CSV, XLSX, JSON or XML parsing: About the APEX_DATA_PARSER package (0 Bytes)
I built the page as described but in trying to load a CSV file I get the following error even though the column definitions appear to be OK.
Any Ideas what I am doing wrong?
As always, any comments, tips, suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Further, this was working fine yesterday until I started testing with .xslx fles with multiple worksheets.
