APEX - Create application blueprint JSON issue

When creating applications in APEX (5.1, 18.1 and 18.2) , I use the "User interface defaults" to specify defaults for column names etc.

I have also tried to enter some help text in the "Help" item (see screenshot). For some reason this contains the column datatype as default ??

My issue is that the help text entered in the "Table column attribute" section is NOT used when the application is created (ex. in Forms and reports).

Would be great if it worked, so I can migrate help text from a legacy system using this.
