Apex Connecting Problem

Dear Friends

I am working on Apex 23.1 , Oracle 19c EE and ORDS 23.1. Due to some problem I uninstalled ORDS and install again. After reinstall of ORDS, Apex is connecting on my PC but some of the users (computer) are unable to connect Apex application. Its giving below error. Please help me. I will be thankful.
