APEX- Can we keep the cell colours while downloading a Interactive Report either in excel or html?

For example-
I have build an interactive report with cell colours based on some condition but when I am downloading the interactive report the cell colours are gone and it is not retained. Can anyone please help with any solution or direct me to some resource?
I am using APEX 21+
