Apex Bug: #ROWS_FETCHED#, #TOTAL_ROWS# and #LAST_ROW_FETCHED# do not work in Apex 18

Hi people,

what is the best way to report a bug for the Apex Team?

The #ROWS_FETCHED#, #TOTAL_ROWS# and #LAST_ROW_FETCHED# substitution strings do not work in the footer of the interactive report region.

When I set in the footer the following text:

In version 18.1 and 18.2 it does not work:

But in version 5.1 it works.
