The same file works perfect on my Oracle Always Free Cloud Account.
I cannot upload a csv file [SQL Workshop->Utilities->Data Workshop-> Load Data]
from my PC into APEX 22.2 (its newly created by our DBAs)>
All our Apps run smoothly
it also works on our Old APEX Express 5.1.4. machine.
I created new workspace and schema using Oracle APEX 22.2 and sits on our test 19c database. I suspect i am missing privs but don't know where else to look.
has this happened to anyone else?
