APEX Booking Service Tutorial?

Hi,

I'm curious as to whether anyone could point me in the direction of some form of tutorial for APEX? I'm creating a Hotel Booking Database for a project, and it has to be made from scratch. I have tables implemented and such, but would like to know how to implement the front end functionality via APEX with a basic knowledge of it.

Any help is appreciated!
