Apex blogs in apex.oracle.com

Sorry if this is not the correct place to post this, but I didn't find any "send feedback" link in the page below.
The page http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=24793:12:0 lists many blogs on Apex, however many of them either don't exist anymore or haven't been updated in ages. There are some very good ones, however they are buried among dozen others which are not the most useful.
Just as a suggestion, I think that list be regularly maintained (removing dead links) and ordered by something more meaningful than blogger name or URL (maybe last update date?)
